My name is Henry Alex Benson, a graduate of the Department of Chemistry, University of Uyo. My academic studies deepened my passion for applying scientific knowledge to practical challenges that affect individuals, communities, and society, particularly sustainable solutions to post-harvest losses.
As a participant in the AgroSolar TechnoPreneurship and Innovation Centre (ASTIC) project, I am the Team Lead developing Solar Harvest, a solar-powered refrigeration system designed to preserve perishable agricultural products. Through this project, I apply my knowledge of Chemistry to innovation, technology, and agriculture.
My goal is to use my knowledge of Chemistry to promote a sustainable environment with technology.
